THE LAND AND THE BOROUGH
1.1 LOCATION
The work is located in the Sixth Region of Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins, in the community of Colton.
predominates fruit growing, an activity that makes the job performance of most of the population, generating many seasonal jobs. Colton has been increasing across Route H-30, but rural areas have recently been taken over by new social housing delivered through subsidies. This sharp growth of housing have occupied the intermediate spaces generated rural housing and the land of fruit, such as that generated by these new people run into the agricultural sector, limits that go on to become basurerales, Peladero, light bulbs that protect criminals, drug addicts, etc.
1.2 The PLACE 
Loreto is a town in the rural sector of Colton, near Route H-30. It is located 35 kms. west of the city of Rancagua and 5 kms east of Colton center.

MOTION
2.1 PLACE INTERVENTION

2.2 PROGRAM

3.2 DESIGN PLANT
